 ST. ANDREW’S TEEN GROUP

WELCOMES 8TH GRADERS AND ALL HIGH SCHOOL TEENS!!!

The Teen Group welcomes all 8th graders and high school teens to participate in any of the social, athletic, community service, cultural, friendship building and spiritual events!  

Interested in Leadership?  If you have great ideas, are friendly and want to help the current teen leaders and Dan share the excitement of the group with others, please text Dan Many at 609-706-0981!

January 2019

Sun, Jan 6th – 11:30 to 12:30 Serve lunch to the 8th Grade Confirmation retreatants at the Parish Hall

Sat, Jan 12thHeart of Camden house clean up & various jobs - 8:15 am to 12 noon.  Meet at St. Andrews at 8:15 am. Return by 12 noon.  The teens will be going to the Heart of Camden (1840 Broadway ave) nonprofit (which rehabs houses) to help with various jobs.

Sun, Jan 13th – Service project & Topic at Parish Hall from 3 to 5 pm.  Come help make a difference and explore a topic with your peers! Topics previously covered: Handling Failure, Friendship, Forgiveness, Service to families

Sun, Jan 20th – Escape Room and Smashburger from 3 to 5:30 pm. Come out to Escape Room in Cherry Hill on Springdale road.

Sat, Jan 26th  -  Come help sell chances for a Carson Wentz autographed Eagles Jersey at the 4:30 mass.

Sat, Jan 26th – Parish Appreciation Dinner – Come arrive 4:15 to help set up and serve dinner to the volunteers.

Sun, Jan 27thParish Fundraiser Come help sell chances for a Carson Wentz autographed Eagles Jersey at all the masses, 8:30, 10, 11:30 and 6pm.

February

March 2019

Sun, March 3rdRock Climbing at Elite Climbing in Maple Shade (67 Old Kings Highway) from 2:30 to 4:30 pm. Cost $20.

How Do I Become a St. Andrew’s Youth Group Member?  Please fill out the membership form located on the website and drop it off at the parish office with the yearly registration fee for $50.00 payable to St Andrew’s Youth Group.

-Our teen group welcomes teens from all schools,  neighborhoods and churches.  

-Our teen members have various roles…..athletes, musicians, singers, dancers, actors/actresses, stage crew, N.H.S members, part-time employees, responsible sons and daughters, committed to helping others, believers in each other and God and many more!

-Our teens love helping others!  
In 2017—2018, our teens and their friends completed 34 service projects totaling  1,200 hours of service!!!!
